"Hello, I'm Savannah. I had my first experience with FlowCam as an undergraduate student and have loved the technology ever since. Before joining the FlowCam team I worked for non-profit organizations spanning the freshwater to marine continuum. My responsibilities included things like plankton monitoring & education, water quality monitoring & watershed planning, and outreach & stakeholder engagement. I've been with FlowCam since 2019, working collaboratively to help new users evaluate if FlowCam is the right solution to accelerate and expand their work. In my new role, I'll have the privilege to work even more closely with FlowCam users and the FlowCam team to implement strategies to help our business continue to thrive through serving the needs of the community. In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, baking, and trying new restaurants & breweries around Portland!

Before joining the FlowCam team, I worked as the Microbiology Technical Manager at Eurofins Eaton Analytical, where I oversaw algae identification and enumeration (using FlowCam) and algal toxin analysis, among other tests. I enjoy the personal connections I make with our customers, learning about their applications, and helping them find rapid monitoring solutions to the growing HAB and taste and odor problems in drinking water. I live in California with my husband and daughter and love spending time hiking and camping in the surrounding areas."

I have a Ph.D. in Nanoscience and Nanoengineering, emphasizing the design and fabrication of different nanoparticles. I've embarked on this exciting journey to dive deep into FlowCam's cutting-edge technology, facilitate particle analysis, and much more for scientists and pharmaceuticals across the west coast. I am an associate editor and a reviewer for a few scientific journals during my free time. Hiking, dance fitness, reading, tennis, and piano are some of my favorite hobbies."

"Hi, I'm Leah. Prior to joining the FlowCam sales team I was the Manager of the Phytoplankton Analysis Laboratory at Old Dominion University. I conducted taxonomic enumerations of phytoplankton communities in marine, tidal, and freshwater samples using brightfield, phase contrast, and epifluorescence microscopy and fluid imaging platforms (including FlowCam). I look forward to working with researchers and professionals in the marine aquatics space to support their needs with FlowCam. I live in Virginia with my husband and golden retriever where we enjoy fishing, camping, and listening to live music."

I live in Kennebunk with my husband and twin girls. On the weekends, you may find us at the beach exploring the tidal pools, hiking in the White Mountains, or at my family camp in northern Maine.”
